A number of materials and configurations are offered by lot's of manufactures in the play set world. The playsets that we currently highlight are better grade and quality of materials than what are found at the typical "big box" stores. The scale on which they are built offer bigger platforms and taller overhead. Many sets can accommodate an adult standing under them while supervising and playing with their kids. Our sets are on another level than what you'll find elsewhere. Our prices are marked low next to comparable sets. We strive to offer great value for families in the market for the best in backyard play in Texas. Shop around, pay close attention to detail, then come see why the sets we carry are a cut above.

Most playsets can be installed within 1 – 4 weeks after we receive your playset. There are some exceptions and weather must also be factored in. Most Summit Outlook playsets are in stock. Most Treehouse and Peak Series playsets are special order only.

Yes. We offer cash and carry for any customer who would like to complete the entire build themselves. Prices are adjusted for those sales. We also offer an abbreviated build where we build the components, the customer picks up from our work yard and completes the delivery and install at their convenience. We've accommodated a variety of requests so please discuss the options with a sales rep.

To order your set and get on the install schedule, we require payment in full made via credit card or cash. When your order arrives at our work yard, you will be contacted to schedule an installation that suits your schedule.

All of our sale prices at www.backyardadventures.com are priced before tax. 6.75% sales tax will be added to the sub-total. Standard installation charges are based on installs within 30 miles of our location and will be added into the quote. Additional delivery charges are calculated for installations outside of the 30 mile radius and vary based on mileage. Additional charges for return trips are possible if unforeseen circumstances exist. Leveling blocks do add to the price and will be discussed if needed. We do attempt to give accurate quotes at the time of sale. While not common, price increases or unexpected costs could happen. All costs will be discussed before work is performed.

Want it now? Our sets are designed for outdoor use and hold up well in normal conditions. Our displays serve to advertise for us and show the great features available so we do like to keep them on hand. You may purchase a set that is on display (when available) at our show yard.

We require the customers to have their yards ready for us prior to delivery. The space in the yard should be levelled off, clean and dry for a smooth install. We cannot install in a watered down yard. The site has to be free of animal droppings. Any hazards, including overhead lines, trees, underground lines and insects (bee, wasp, ant, etc.) should be addressed prior to our arrival. While we can install on somewhat unlevel ground, the playset will be affected by these conditions and no guarantees can be made that problems won't develop. We recommend that customers contact professional landscape companies to assist with ground work for your play area or we can quote properly preparing the space as well.
Warranty
Who do I contact for warranty work?
Play Outdoors Lubbock warrants the installation of the playset for 30 days. Backyard Adventures offers additional limited warranties on all playsets. The terms and conditions vary based on the set purchased. Visit www.backyardadventures.com for more information on the warranties offered.
